Return Policies



  • If a product is received and is defective a customer can choose to have a credit issued instead of reshipment within 30 days of receiving the unit.
  • If an order is received and it is damaged the customer can choose to have a credit issued instead of reshipment within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • All products needing service that are under warranty must be taken to a warranty center listed in your owner's manual.
  • Any item received damaged or parts missing must be reported within 3 days of delivery or you may refuse the order and we can reship.
  • If a damaged item needs to go back to the factory and you do not receive a call tag (UPS) or BOL (Freight Carrier) within 5 business days contact us ASAP.
  • If the item is not shipped within 10 business days of receiving the factory call tag or BOL, you may be billed for the item.
  • Make copies of the BOL and call tag for your records.  If the Factory does not receive the product within 30 Business days you may be billed for that item unless you can prove that it was shipped.
  • All specialty ordered items glass doors, electrical parts, closeout, reconditioned, and emergency related equipment such as generators and generator accessories are non-refundable / non-returnable.
  • All returns must be pre-approved through us prior to return.
  • All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number written on the box and a signed copy inside the box.
  • RA is void if product is not returned within 15 days of RA being issued.
  • No returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in new condition and in the original box (never been used).
  • Credit cannot be issued if product is missing instructions, the box, any hardware, and/or is damaged in any way (  Please ship everything back to us insured ).
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Products returned to us without a return authorization will be refused.
  • Products being returned must be shipped by UPS.
  • Products refused by the customer after the product has been shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their delivery address.
  • If the shipping company is not able to deliver due to no fault on our part the customer is subject to return shipping and reshipment charges.
