Warranty Policy



  • All products needing service that are covered under warranty must be taken to a warranty center.
  • For DESA manuals, technicial support, and service center listings go to www.desatech.com
(All-Pro, Comfort Glow, Glo-Warm, Master, Reddy, Remington, Universal, Vanguard)
  • If the product is purchased from us, is still under warranty, and it is a Desa unit please call us and we will ship you the warrantied items as long as you have a copy of your receipt.
  • Any item received damaged or with parts missing must be reported to use within 3 days of delivery.
